We would like to introduce the development technical capabilities of Seiko Co., Ltd. Rich experience in gears such as hypoid, pinion straight bevel, and spiral bevel. We would like to introduce the benefits of "cold forging" handled by Seika Corporation. The absence of protruding shapes results in a smooth surface finish (Ra 0.8–3.2, Ry 3.2–12.5). There is no need for lathe processing, gear tooth grinding, or hard turning.
